Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data TalkLytics collects, why, and what control you have over it. Short version: we collect what's needed to run your AI marketing team, we never sell it, and we never ask for your platform passwords.
1. What we collect
Account data: your name, email, business name and billing details when you sign up.
Brand data: the information you provide during onboarding and the approvals, edits and rejections you make — this is the brand memory your agents work from.
Connected-channel data: write-only API tokens for the publishing channels you connect (e.g., WordPress, X, LinkedIn, email provider) and the performance metrics those platforms report for content we published.
Usage data: standard logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used for security and product improvement.
2. What we never collect
We never ask for passwords to your social, website or email accounts. Channel connections use platform-issued API tokens scoped to publishing, and you can revoke them at any time from the issuing platform.
3. How we use your data
To operate the service: drafting content in your voice, publishing what you approve, and reporting results.
To improve your own results: your feedback trains your workspace's brand memory. We do not use your private business data to train models for other customers.
To communicate with you: product notifications, approval requests and weekly reports. Marketing email is opt-in and every message has an unsubscribe link.
4. Third-party processors
We use vetted processors to run the service — cloud hosting (Microsoft Azure), database and authentication (Supabase), AI model providers for drafting and analysis, payment processing, and transactional email. Each receives only the data needed for its function under a data-processing agreement.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. When you cancel, you can request full deletion of your workspace — brand memory, drafts and tokens — and we complete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@talklytics.ai. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA and similar), we honor those requests within statutory timelines.
7. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we'll email account holders before they take effect and update the date at the top of this page.
